Member Recruitment

Recruiting members is one of the best ways you can support our Washington Metro Chapter!

How it Works:

To recruit a member, they'll need to join Community Associations Institute (CAI) by completing a membership application on CAI's national website.

During the application process, the recruited member will be asked to select their primary chapter. Make sure they know to select 'Washington Metro'! The next step of the application will ask if they would like to submit a recruiter's name. Make sure they enter your name!

  • When a recruiter's name is entered on a membership application, CAI tracks this information and automatically shares it with WMCCAI.
  • CAI has over 60 chapters across the United States—make sure the recruited member knows to select our Washington Metro Chapter on their membership application! This ensures they automatically become a member of WMCCAI, as all CAI memberships include a primary chapter membership.
