CAY Working Group
Hey Homeowner and Manager members, what does the ideal community association look like? The 2026 Community Association of the Year program is looking for judges to review submissions and help us shape the 'CAY: Best Practices' session at our 2027 Conference & Expo!
Career Fair: Working Group

Seeking help with outreach to potential job seekers and companies looking to hire.
We meet every Thursday at 12pm.
Homeowner Leader Working Group
This group plays a critical role in enhancing engagement, education, and resources for homeowner leaders across our region. This working group will meet every 1st Wednesday of the month at 12 PM.
Charitable Service Working Group
Join the Charitable Outreach Working Group and help WMCCAI make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. This group identifies opportunities for volunteerism, charitable partnerships.
Octoberfest Working Group
Join the Octoberfest Member Re-engagement Working Group and help strengthen WMCCAI’s membership through recruitment, retention, and meaningful engagement. Happening October 1st at CAIDC Headquarters
