It all starts with becoming a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI)! All CAI memberships include a primary chapter membership; that's two memberships for the price of one!
Follow the steps below to become a member of CAI and join our chapter!
Step One
To become a member of CAI, visit the Official CAI Website
In the top ribbon, click on Become a Member.
Step Two
Once you're on the Become a Member page:
Scroll down to view CAI's membership types
If you look closely, you'll see that each membership type has a Join Now button at the bottom of its description
Click Join Now to complete the membership application online!
Once you click Join Now, you'll be asked to create a free CAI account. You've reached the first step in the membership process!
Step Three
After a few steps, you'll reach the Chapter selection
Make sure Washington Metro Chapter is selected. This is the most important step to joining WMCCAI!
Step Four
This step is where you'll enter your recruiter's name.
Show your support by entering their name!
Step Five
After adding your recruiter's name, continue completing the membership application.
Your CAI membership will be automatically activated once CAI has processed your membership application. No further action from you is required!
CAI will automatically send your membership details to our Washington Metro Chapter.
