The purpose of the policies is to provide overall guidance and direction to Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Associations Institute (or “Chapter”) management, staff, and volunteers. These policies are intended for internal management guidance only. They do not constitute, either implicitly or explicitly, a binding contractual or personnel agreement. The Chapter reserves the right to change any of these policies and to expect adherence to the changed policy.
These policies and procedures were approved by the Board of Directors on October 31, 2022.
