Gary Simon, CMCA, AMS, PCAM was appointed to the WMCCAI Board of Directors to fill a vacancy for 2020. He will serve the remainder of 2020 as a Board Director.  

Gary is the Regional Director of Property Manager and Director of Business Development at Comsource Management, Inc.  He has been involved in community association management for nearly 20 years both as a management professional and as a volunteer board member of his own association. Gary is an active participant in both WMCCAI and the Chesapeake Chapter. He previously served a one year term on the WMCCAI Board of Directors in 2019. 

Jennifer Bennett, CMCA, AMS, PCAM resigned from the Board of Director in accordance with chapter bylaws after a recent job change. She has been appointed as the Communications Council Chair, working with the Quorum, Membership and Public Outreach Committees. 

Jennifer is a Portfolio Manager with FirstService Residential, AAMC. She has been heavily involved with the Chapter since 2013; Jennifer was the Conference & Expo Co-Chair from 2014 to 2016. She served as the Education Council Chair and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2019. Jennifer was awarded the Chapter’s Rising Star Award in 2014 and the Chapter Appreciation Award in 2017 and 2018.
