WMCCAI 2022 Conference & Expo Brings Back Recertification Approved Education and Continues Partnership with Central VA and Chesapeake Chapters

Falls Church, VA (February 15, 2022) — Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI) is excited to be back in person to host their annual 2022 Conference & Expo: Communities in Bloom on March 25 – 26 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. The two-day event returns better than ever this year, providing attendees with new re-energized content as well as brings back a few member-favorite education sessions for participants to engage in. All education sessions are once again CMCA, AMS & PCAM recertification approved, too! WMCCAI is also excited to continue in 2022 its partnership with the Central Virginia (CVA-CAI) and Chesapeake (CAIMDCHES) Chapters of CAI.

This year’s event also brings back pre-conference trainings on Friday, March 25. These sessions will be developed to provide senior level community association managers the higher-level education needed to continue their industry education and maintain professional certifications. This year, 12 education sessions will be offered to all conference attendees on Saturday, March 26 along with 7 hours of exhibit time with hundreds of exhibiting companies.

“We are excited to welcome back our attendees IN-PERSON to the DC Convention Center! I know everyone is excited to see people in the flesh. This year’s theme is Communities in Bloom. For the first time ever, all the education sessions will be recorded and available for viewing after the conclusion of the conference to those who attend the conference in-person. No longer will attendees need to make the tough decision about whether to stay on the Expo floor or attend an education session, now you can do both! The education sessions cover a wide range of topics including engineering, financial, legal and management. Back by popular demand, a Business Partner Essentials course will be offered on Friday as well. Sessions will be posted after the conclusion of Conference,” says Kristen Melson, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, WMCCAI 2022 Board President.

Exhibitors can purchase booths and attendees can register for this year’s event now online at http://expo.caidc.org. Sponsorships are also available.

WMCCAI’s Conference & Expo is held annually, welcoming over 2,000 members and non-members of CAI each year. The Expo Hall features hundreds of booths with over 180 exhibiting companies.
