New Bristow Village is a wonderful community along Route 28 nestled between the City of Manassas and expansive farmland of Nokesville.  We have the distinct honor of being direct neighbors to the Bristow Station Battlefield Heritage Park.  Within our community of 570 homes, we enjoy the common amenities of a multipurpose clubhouse complete with fitness center, community room, and swimming pool. We have 4 playgrounds, 33 acres of greenspace, a basketball court, a tennis court, and a large walking path around our 2 ponds.  It is our little oasis from the hustle and bustle of Northern Virginia.

New Bristow Village is a neighborhood of helpers, always willing to lend a hand.  We have a form on our homeowner portal that allows residents that both want to offer their assistance or need assistance to share information. Since COVID-19, it has been amazing to see how much our neighborhood works to support our essential workers, front line workers, first responders and teachers. Our residents are very involved in helping local community organizations. Currently, residents are working together to make sizable weekly donations to local food banks.  New Bristow Village is proud to have a strong group of volunteers that works closely with our management team to help facilitate community events.  We host pool parties, fall festivals, Easter egg hunts, Christmas carriage rides, fishing tournaments, Halloween parties, resident vendor fairs, doggie swim day, community earth day, and more.  It is not unusual to find an invited food truck in our parking lot.  We love to support local businesses.

New Bristow Village is over 15 years old and is embarking on some large projects.  We are in the final stages of constructing new entrance features after Route 28 widening.  To garner community feedback, we routinely poll the meeting attendees and solicit community-wide surveys.  The community input is very visible in the final design.  A large task for all four of our entrances, but very rewarding.   As we wrap up the entrance features, we are going right into our clubhouse renovation.  As usual, we start with community feedback with meetings, special sub-committees, and community-wide surveys.  We are very excited to improve a loved community feature.

New Bristow Village is a fiscally sound community thanks to a financially responsible board and committee members past and present.  Our strong management team with National Realty Partners assists the board to set realistic goals every year.  Projects are vetted against current goals to help guide decisions.  After a recent Reserve audit, we are in good shape and have a solid plan to maintain and improve current amenities, plus maybe a few new ones as well.

Our goal is first and foremost to maintain and improve property values but also work to maintain and improve enjoyment of the neighborhood for all residents and their guests. The love neighbors have for the community is apparent.
