WMCCAI's board of directors is responsible for the organization's policy and governance. In accordance with Community Associations Institute and WMCCAI bylaws, the board reflects CAI's multidisciplinary membership with at least two community association volunteers (CAV), three community association managers (MGR), three business partners (BP) and seven at-large members. The composition of at-large members cannot provide any one membership category with more than 50 percent of the seats on the board of directors. The board of directors meet on the fourth Monday of each month.
