The Virginia Legislative Committee is responsible for identifying legislative issues of importance to common interest communities in the specific jurisdiction of the committee. The Virginia Legislative Committee’s jurisdiction, Northern Virginia, includes, but is not limited to Fairfax City and County, Prince William County, Fauquier County, Falls Church City, Loudoun County, City of Alexandria, Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, Town of Herndon and Arlington County. On statewide and federal issues, the Virginia Legislative Committee works directly with CAI’s Virginia and Federal legislative action committees. This committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month.
