Meetings – we all have them and many of them are legally required.  The COVID-19 public health crisis has forced an abrupt transition to virtual platforms.  You have board and annual meetings scheduled and no clear guidance on how to proceed in a virtual environment.  What are the legalities involved?  What platforms work best?  How are these meetings documented?  Is recording allowed?   Strategies for chairing, maintaining order, open forum?  How to overcome technical glitches?  These are just a few of the issues raised at the April Town Hall sessions.  In May, it is our goal to address them!  Join us for a virtual town hall to learn virtually everything you need to know (pun intended)!
