Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI) is Virtual in 2021! Our 2021 Conference & Expo will take place online June 10 – 12, 2021. The theme of the event is Our New World.

WMCCAI’s Conference & Expo is the largest gathering of community association professionals in the D.C. Metro Area and is the largest event across CAI chapters worldwide.

Don’t miss any educational sessions! New in 2021, the conference will feature the ability to take sessions on demand.  We will host over 15 sessions, and as a registered attendee you will be able to access sessions during the conference and for 30 days following the show!

WMCCAI’s Conference & Expo is held annually and is attended by over 2,200 members and non-members of CAI. Our virtual Expo Hall will host several companies in a variety of service categories. In 2020, we hosted over 200 exhibiting companies and have over 2,100 attendees! Education sessions are taught by seasoned homeowners, community association managers, and business partners.
