Attire: Black Tie optional or in theme
Parking: Complimentary self-parking in garage available.

Annual Awards Registration Rates:

Early Bird Rates (Before October 26, 2018)
  • Member/Nonmember: $210
Regular Registration Rates (After October 26, 2018)
  • Member/Nonmember: $250

Room Reservations:

To make your overnight guest room reservation at the Kellogg Conference Hotel at Gallaudet University, please call 202-651-6000 and ask for the CAIDC 2018 Annual Awards Reception. Or, you can click the link below make your reservation online.
The discounted group room rate is $119 per night based on availability and includes breakfast for up to two people per room. Complimentary overnight parking is also included. Please note these rates are subject to a $10 per night facility fee and 14.95% sales tax on guest rooms. There is a limited number of rooms available at this rate, so please book your reservations as soon as possible! Reservations will be accepted at the above rate no later than October 5, 2018.
