Professional education for community managers is a critical part of advancing your career, whether it’s working towards a designation credential (CMCA, AMS, LSM, PCAM), maintaining credentials you’ve earned or taking a class on a particular industry related topic that interests you. Educational opportunities are offered through both the Washington Metropolitan Chapter CAI (WMCCAI) and CAI National.

CAI National:

The Professional Management Development Program (PMPD) is administered solely through CAI National. There are four levels of courses (M-100, M-200, M-300, M-400) in this program which are integral to earning any of the industry professional designations, as well as the PCAM Case Study.
