Enjoy a free and informative discussion with industry leaders and Virginia's Common Interest Community Ombudsman. The conversation will include valuable information regarding association rule enforcement, complaint processes, assessment collections and more! Participants will gain an understanding of Virginia's ombudsman regulations and complaint process requirements and receive an update regarding recent court decisions and legislation affecting Virginia's common-interest communities. This course counts for two continuing education units toward earning your PCAM designation and maintaining your CMCA certification and AMS designation.
