Chapter Partnership Program:  Exclusive Opportunities to Build Our Industry & Your Business!

The Chapter Partnership Program is intended to meet the growing needs of our industry professionals and businesses. There is truly a place for every member company in this program, and recent program updates allow Partners even more flexibility with benefits. The Partnership Program provides one of the most direct forms of promotion, advertising, and networking available to companies in the community association industry. The Chapter receives tremendous financial support from our Chapter Partners and in turn is better able to work for the betterment and continuous advancement of the community association industry. Further, the increased revenue received from Chapter Partners often relieves committees of fundraising duties and enables them to better focus on the quality of the Chapter’s educational programming, networking events, and other member services.

Chapter Partners receive an unparalleled list of benefits. Many of the benefits are tangible, such as significantly enhanced advertising placements; Partner Dollars to spend on additional sponsorships, advertising or event registration; and special identification as Chapter Partners. Chapter Partners are recognized on signage at every event, listed in every piece of printed marketing material the Chapter develops, and offered repeated thanks and verbal recognition throughout the year.  Contact Sarah A. Patterson at or 703.750.3644 for Partnership Program rates and contracts.

Exhibit space is only the beginning of your journey to a great Conference & Expo. Keep your company and products on the minds of attendees before, during, and after the show. All WMCCAI sponsors receive comprehensive exposure in print collateral promoting the conference and on the WMCCAI Web site, www.caidc.org. Your company name will also be included in the Conference Directory and on signage in the exhibit hall. Sponsorships allow you to build awareness through consistent exposure to WMCCAI members year after year by giving you the first opportunity for sponsorship for the following year. All sponsors receive recognition in the 2010 Conference & Expo registration brochure (depending on commitment date), the 2010 Conference & Expo Directory, Quorum™ magazine (up to two issues, depending on commitment date), signage at the 2010 Conference & Expo, and benefits specific to the sponsorship.  Contact Erin Hussey at  or 703.750.3644 for Conference & Expo rates and contracts.

Web Site Advertising:
www.caidc.org!

With the continual rise of technology and the growing number of Internet users, www.caidc.org strives to become the center of information and communications for WMCCAI. This wealth of online services attracts an average of 16,000 unique page visits each month to the Chapter Web site.  The Online Service Directory is consistently one of the top five (5) most viewed pages on www.caidc.org. The Service Directory gives business partner members a chance to increase their exposure with CAI. It is split into various categories (e.g., Attorneys, Landscaping Contractors, Management Companies, Reserve Specialists, etc.) and lists company contact information along with a description of products or services (no more than 50 words), and includes a link to their Web site. For just $200 a year (that’s less than $17 per month), how can you pass up this opportunity? Your competition may already be listed in the Service Directory!  Want more exposure? Our Home Page sponsor benefits from prominent logo placement, with an active link, on the Chapter’s home page, www.caidc.org.  From online Service Directory Advertisements to a homepage sponsorship, Web site advertising provides an excellent opportunity for business partners to present their company to members and non-members. Contact Nathan Spillman at  or 703.750.3644 for Web site advertising rates and contracts.

Membership Directory:  The Community Association Reference Guide!

The WMCCAI Membership Directory is the reference guide that all community association decision-makers use throughout the year. The Directory is exclusively a member benefit, and only members may advertise in the Directory. The 2010/2011 edition of the Directory will be distributed online (a print copy will be available for an additional fee). Advertisements will be included and links to Web sites will be active! Consider the following advertising opportunities to attract the attention of nearly 4,000 decision-makers. Many members use this as a resource for locating products and services. Updated information, ad space reservations, and ad copy must be received by the Chapter office by no later than May 15, 2010. The Membership Directory will be released in late summer. Contact Nathan Spillman at or 703.750.3644 for 2010/2011 Membership Directory advertising rates and contracts.
