Each year the Washington Metropolitan Chapter holds a Community Association of the Year contest and considers recognizing a Humanitarian of the Year and Communicator of the Year. Communities are encouraged to apply in each category.
*A board member or homeowner volunteer must be a member of WMCAAI to be eligible to enter.
